The Canyon Modern Office Building more commonly known as “CMOB” is very modern – unlike any other building in the Santa Clarita Valley. it is part of the whole Vista Canyon project. This is a 3 story building that is approximately 57,000 square feet total. It is a Gensler-designed creative building. Two levels of office space and the ground level is retail space. The building has very large, operable windows, high ceilings, balconies and outdoor lounge areas that create a comfortable and beautiful open space environment which is great for filming. This Building is best filmed on weekends with weekday filming on a case to case basis. This is a great location for Television, Film, Commercials and Still Photography.
